This listing is for a vintage 1970's men's blue cotton two-piece leisure suit.
The suit is made from a blue and white-striped cotton fabric akin to what many modern dress shirts are made from. The jacket is has a typical leisure suit cut with open, wide lapels and chest pockets. The front of the jacket has four marbled glass or ceramic buttons with one per cuff. It is not lined and the shoulders are not padded. The trousers are also 70's in cut and flare slightly towards the ankles and do not have cuffs. They close at the front via an internal button and tab, metal hook-and-eye closure and synthetic zipper. The waist, crotch and pockets are lined in off-white cotton.
Both pieces are new condition and do not appear to have ever been worn! Likewise, there do not appear to be any rips, holes, tears, stains, missing or damaged buttons, etc.
The jacket bears the brand, size and laundering information labels, as well as the original cutter's tag. Trousers have laundering label.
Jacket is marked as a US men's size Medium - Regular. Trousers are not marked for size. Our measurements are as follow:
