This is an excellent used spare tire lock cylinder & (2) GM keys. The Briggs & Stratton Lock book list this for many GM vehicles 1934-1966: Cadillac, Buick, LaSalle, Chevrolet, Corvair and GMC truck. Part # 45822.  Comes with the hard to find special lug nut! Works perfect. Here are approximate dimensions: 2 & 3/16" long, 1.25" wide, 1 & 5/8" tall, The big hole on the bottom is about 7/8" diameter. If yours is rusted or missing, here is your chance to replace.
