    Cobalth blue and white with gold trim.
    Diameter at the top of cup = 3 inches
    Height of cup = 2.5 inches
    Diameter of the saucer plate = 4.5 inches
    Made in St. Petersburg, Russia.
    These were purchased new in Russia and have never been used.  Condition is excellent with no marks, no scratches, and no signs of any kind of wear.
