This decal is  3  1/8 inches in diameter with no issues. The decal is a product of the H. L. Moore Co. of West Yarmouth, MASS.  It is a Hya - Lac decal.  It shows the Turner - Ingersoll mansion made famous by Nathaniel Hawthorne's novel of 1851.        220
