Antique Art Nouveau Victorian Brass? Beaded Oval Ornate Door Knob Set

This is a salvaged architectural gem; a Victorian era art nouveau door knob set. I am not 100% definite but think that these are a heavy gauge metal and perhaps they are brass? Door knobs are oval in shape with elaborate decoration around their edges and a center oval that is rimmed with a beaded design. Unsure but looks like these would have been used indoors. Have a darkened patina. Just beautiful. Each knob measures approximately 3" x 1 1/2" and is just under 2" from its collar on spindle to outer center. Entire length from one knob center to the other is just under 6". These do not turn/rotate but are stationary on the spindle. Clean and odor-free. Again, not sure of their composition but quite beautiful and unique. As shown.
