This is a genuine original NOS door lock latch, RH, used on 57-58 Ford. P/N B7A-7021812-A. An excellent original Ford product.
NOTE: When an item  is described as NOS (New Old Stock) it does not necessarily mean it is "mint" or perfect. What it really means is that it was and is still NEW and has never been installed on a vehicle.
