At one angle the deep, dark mirrors and moderate Cameo contrast dominate the nearly pristine surfaces. At another angle, the fields explode with rings of concentric toning in rich blue, plum, rose, and gold, hues. Proof Franklins from the 1960s are very hard to find with appreciable color; and very rarely are they graded PF67. So close to Cameo, too! Next to impossible to get with a CAC sticker, with colorful toning, in this grade.
CAC, or Certified Acceptance Corporation, green-stickers only coins that are solid or high-end for their assigned PCGS/NGC grades. CAC will gold-sticker PCGS/NGC coins they believe to be under-graded outright.
