Here is a very limited edition of the 1947 Master Plan – Survey and Report for the Town of Dedham, Massachusetts which is located just outside Boston. It contains a foldout map of the entire layout of the Town at that time as well as photos and drawings of planned changes to major roads, recreation systems, cemeteries, sewers, schools and more. Great historical item!

Condition
In very good condition overall with some wear and light soiling to the covers. The interior is clean and bright. The flyleaf page has a pencil inscription by the first owner. PLEASE SEE PHOTOS for condition details.
